Agatha Clark Bolte, 96, of Paducah, passed away at 11:30 pm on Tuesday, April, 25, 2017 at Parkview
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Agatha loved sewing, crocheting, and crafts before her eye site failed her.
She was a 71 year member of Arcadia United Methodist Church where she was a member of the United
Methodist Women; a graduate of Heath High School and retired from Paducah Independent School
Systems where she was a member of Kentucky School Food Service Association; Member of Eastern
Star; and a member of The Home Makers Club.
She is survived by two daughters, June Stewart and husband Gerald of Paducah, KY, Linda Moore and
husband, Delbert of Hopkinsville, KY; one son, John E. Bolte and Wife Sophie of AZ; sister, Imogene
Bradley of Paducah, KY; and eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and 6 great great
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Bernard Bolte; two brothers, Lendelle Clark and
Wendelle Clark; and one granddaughter, Johnna Stewart Stooksbury. Her parents were Gaylon Clark and
Eva Jones Clark.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Maplelawn Park Cemetery
with Rev. Janean Tinsley officiating. There will be no visitation.
