Services for Anita Louise Fayard, 68, of Paducah will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Gary Derossett officiating. Burial will be at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Fayard died at 8:15 a.m. Monday at Western Baptist Hospital.
A native of Wickliffe, she was a retired secretary and a member of Victory Assembly of God Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Paula Mae Parrott of Paducah; one sister, Marilyn Davenport of Wickliffe; one brother, Larry Rushing of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Milton John Fayard Jr., and two daughters, Tina Earles and Johnna Snow. Her parents were Red Everett and Mary Louise Rollins Rushing.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
