Barbara Shelton

Barbara N. Shelton age 94, of Paducah passed away at 7:51 p.m. Monday, September 3, 2018 at Superior Care Home. Barbara was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Barbara and her late husband William (Bill) Shelton owned United Home Furnishing and Carriage House Furniture Store for many years.

Survivors include two daughters, Suzanne Moore of Eddyville, Kentucky and Dianne Shelton Daniel and husband, Wayne of San Antonio, Texxas; four grandchildren, Mark Shelton Moore and wife Anne Patrick, Laura Meredith Moore Lamminen and husband, Mikko, William Alexander "Alex" Roman and Adrienne Shelton Roman; three great grandchildren, Erik Lamminen, Robert Lamminen and Madelyn Moore; one niece and one nephew.

Preceding in death were her husband, Wiliam (Bill) Shelton; parents, Fred A. Jones MD & Elva Sexton Jones; one sister, Maxine J. Clark.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Carter officiating. There will be no visitation.
