Bobbie Woody

The Steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end they are new every morning”. Lamentations 3:22-23.

Bobbie J. Woody made her transition from her residence to her heavenly home Friday, January 1, 2021 at 10:04 p.m.  She was born the daughter of Johnnie Woody and the late Ellis R. Woody in Union City, TN.

Bobbie was a member of the Lords Sanctuary Church where she assisted the praise and worship leader in finding music for Sunday worship.  She loved praise and worship.

Bobbie served in the United States Army after high school and afterwards attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Memphis, where she received an Associate Degree in electronics.  She retired in Petersburg, Virginia.

Bobbie leaves many friends and family to cherish her memory; One surviving parent, Johnnie Woody; two sisters, Teresa Woody and Sylvia Woody all of Paducah; two brothers, Ellis Woody of Dallas, TX and Johnny Woody of Metropolis, IL; Two aunts, one uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
