CALVERT CITY, Ky. - Kay Petway, 57, of Calvert City died at 6:50 a.m. Monday at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.
Mrs. Petway was a member of Rosebower Baptist Church and worked as the jewelry team leader at Sam's Club.
She is survived by her husband, Randle Petway; one son, Jacob Petway of Calvert City; three daughters, Leslie Petway and Laura Petway, both of Madisonville, and Tonya Korczyk of Fairborn, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Danny Petway. Her parents were Lester and Ethel Cole Walker.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah. The Revs. Wendell Ordway, Barry Perkins, Kenneth Puckett and Lynn Shurley will officiate, with burial at Maplelawn Cemetery.
