Buff Wayne Handley, 62, of Jackson, Tenn., formerly of Paducah, Ky., died at 11 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2010, at her home.
Buff was born in Paducah on November 17, 1947. She graduated from Paducah Tilghman High School, Murray State University, Western Kentucky University, and Louisville School of Law. She served as a law clerk to two judges at Federal Bankruptcy Court and had been employed by PSI-Child Support Services of Tennessee. Buff attended First Baptist Church of Jackson and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Paducah.
Surviving are her parents, Herbert Wayne and Mary Rogers Handley of Paducah, Ky.
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date. No public visitation is planned. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
