Cecil Wilford Peck, 84, of Paducah passed away Thursday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Peck had worked as an engineer in the river industry and was formerly employed of ICG Railroad. He served in the United States Army during World War II and was a member of Bryants Ford Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Montell Miller Peck; two daughters, Glenda Herrington and her husband, Ronnie of Paducah and Lawanda Wade and her husband, Kevin of Paducah; one son, Ronnie Peck and his wife, Darlene of Smithland; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilford and Elsie Allen Peck; his stepdaughter, Paula Babb, and two sisters.
Funeral services for will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Jimmy Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Peck will be held from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
