Connie Lee Tolbert, age 56, of Paducah passed away Monday, May 25, 2009, at Lourdes hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at Lindsey Funeral Home.
Connie was a member of Southland Baptist Temple for 6 years. She also worked as a Patient Support Assistant at Western Baptist Hospital for 6 years. She enjoyed fishing, cooking and flowers.
She is survived by two daughters, Dena Hayden and husband Mike of Benton, Ky., and Jennifer Edwards of Paducah, Ky.; one brother, Wilber Amos of Paducah, Ky.; two sisters, Kim Perkins and husband Jim of Paris, Tenn., and LaJohnna Dugan of Paris, Tenn.; and two grandchildren, Michael Sizemore of Benton, Ky., and Kylee Edwards of Paducah, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Dean Tolbert; and her parents, Tommy Thompson and Ramona Faye Drew.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Lindsey Funeral Home.
