David Louis Goldsmith passed away at Northridge Hospital on August 26, 2017 at the age of 62.
Dave is predeceased by his father, Jack John Goldsmith and his mother, Collen Moore Wylie.
Dave is survived by his loving wife of 29 years. They were married in Encino, California on March 19, 1988.
Dave is lovingly remembered by his brother and sister in law, Mark and Joann Goldsmith of Chatsworth, his daughter Traci Konas of Simi Valley, Brett and Becca his son and daughter-in-law of Simi Valley, his daughter Melissa Goldsmith of Chatsworth, his nieces Shannon Kent of Smi Valley and Stephanie Goldsmith of Chatsmith, and his two granddaughters, Harper Grace and Melody Anne.
Dave was born in Anaheim, California in 1955. He began D & K Industries, an aerospace manufacturing company over 35 years ago and became quite successful. He put his heart and soul into everything he did.
Dave enjoyed riding his Harley, golfing, movies, and spending time with his family, expecially his granddaughters.
The memorial celebrating Dave's life will be held at Bastian & Perrott Oswald Mortuary, 18728 Parthenia St., Northridge CA 91324 on September 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm. After the memorial we invite you to join us at Los Toro's Mexican Restaurant, 21743 DevonShire St., Chatsworth, CA 91311.
The private graveside service and burial will be held at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah, KY.
