Gloria McCaun Rudd, 79, of Paducah died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mrs. Rudd was a 1946 graduate of Heath High School and a U.S. Air Force veteran. She was director of security at Barkley Regional Airport for 19 years and a member of Clements Street Church of Christ.
Surviving are two daughters, Norma Kellum of Paducah and Donna Thacker of Indianapolis; one son, Joseph A. Brandt Jr. of Phoenix; two half sisters, Desta Hart and Jane Rudolph, both of Paducah; one brother, John Terry McCaun of Natchez, Miss.; two granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nita Cole Gipson; her father, Curtis McCaun; and her stepmother, Verlie Davis McCaun.
A private memorial graveside service with military rites will be Saturday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. The Rev. David Sphinx will officiate.
There will be no visitation. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Mount Olivet Baptist Church, 5321 Ky. 339 N., Lowes, KY 42039.
