Harley Dean Roberts

Harley Dean Roberts, 80, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at his residence. He was born on September 11, 1942 in Ballard County, Kentucky to the late James Roberts and Bennie Lee Burnett Roberts. Dean was a retired iron worker from Iron Workers Local Union #782. He was of the Baptist faith. Dean enjoyed racing, restoring antique furniture and anything that he could work on with his hands. He was a great cook and was especially known for his cakes and pies.

Dean is survived by his three sons, Greg Roberts of Reidland, Kentucky, Todd Roberts and wife, Sherry, of Paducah, Kentucky and Shaun Roberts and wife, Kristen of Benton, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Ryan (Alex) Roberts, Preston (Alison) Roberts, Rachel Roberts, Justin Roberts, Chandler Roberts, Kameron Roberts, Karson Roberts and Kyler Roberts; one great granddaughter, Aria Celine Roberts; two sisters, Mary Jo Green and Brenda Roberts both of Paducah, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda F. Roberts, three sisters, Elwanda, Barbara and infant Elaine; three brothers, Donnie, Kenneth, Gary and his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Tom Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
