Hazel Gregory

Funeral services for Hazel Lurlene Gregory, age 85, of Paducah will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2011, at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Andy Clausen officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Gregory passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at 8:15 p.m. at Lourdes hospital.

Born in Obion, Tenn., Mrs. Gregory was a homemaker and a member of Broadway Church of Christ.

Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Overstreet and her husband, Tommy of Paducah; one brother, Harvey Henderson of Ridgely, Tenn; five grandchildren, Greg Overstreet and his wife, Connie of Paducah; Randy Overstreet and his wife, Shannon of Paducah, Leigh Thompson and her husband, Puffer of Memphis, Tenn,, Amy Anderson and her husband, John of Paducah and Steve Buchanan and his wife, Carolyn of Boston, Mass. Mrs. Gregory is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Gregory was preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Gregory; a son, Walter Ray Gregory; and a brother, Joe Henderson. Her parents were Harvey and Katherin Faulk Henderson.
