Services for Ila Faye Barlow, 83, of Paducah will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 26, 2008, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Chris Cash officiating. Burial will be at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Barlow died at 4:11 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008, at her home.
A native of Owensboro, she was a homemaker and had worked as a telephone operator at South Central Bell. Mrs. Barlow was a longstanding member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Diana Morrow Clark and husband, Barry, of Paducah; one brother, James "Jimmie" Pate and wife, Jackie, of Jacksonville, Fla.; daughter-in-law, Mary Barlow of Paducah; three grandchildren, David Morrow and wife, Brandie, of Columbus, Ga., Keri Barlow of Lexington, and Jay Barlow of Paducah; great-granddaughter, Taylor Morrow; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Samuel Barlow; infant daughter, Susan Faye Barlow; and son, Gary Barlow. Her parents were James Adrian Pate and Aline Duggins Pate.
Friends may call after noon Saturday, April 26, 2008, at the funeral home.
