Iva Lee Eddleman, 98, of Paducah, passed away at 3:05 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2013, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Eddleman was a member of Fountain Ave. United Methodist Church, she worked as a machine operator for International Shoe Factory, and was a member of Reidland Senior Homemakers.
Mrs. Eddleman is survived by two daughters, Norma Eddleman of Merritt Island, Fla., and Judy Lamb of Jacksonville, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Wilma Blasdel of Reidland; six grandchildren, Steve Blasdel, Tim Blasdel, Jerry Lamb, Rae Ann Gill, Robbie Smith and Bria Smith; three great-grandchildren, Jennifer Blasdel, Trey Lamb, and Donavan Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, M.H. "Jack" Whitton; her second husband, Norman Monroe Eddleman; a stepson, Lonnie Eddleman; three sisters; and two brothers. Her parents were Robert and Magnolia Wilkerson Adams.
A graveside service for Iva Lee Eddleman will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, February 18, 2013, at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Greenwell officiating. There will be no visitation. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
