Jeremy Phan, 19, of Paducah passwed away 1:55 p.m., Thursday March2, at Baptist Health in Paducah, Ky.
He is survived by his mother, Donna Phan of Paducah. Three brothers; Will Estes of Grand Rivers; Charlie Phan of West Paduca; Julian Phan of Paducah.
Two sisters; BellaDonna Cole of Paduca; Jasmine Phan of Cape Corral, FL., one niece and seven nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 6, 2017 at LIndsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Ballew officiating. Entombment will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 8 p.m. Sunday evening, March 5, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home. Indsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
