Joe Ned Harris, 77, of Paducah, KY, passed away at 6:20 pm Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Parkview Nursin gand Rehabilitation Center.

Joe Ned was born in Paduah on May 20, 1940 to Chester and Louise Harris. He served his country in the U S Army National Guard and wa a member of the American Legion Post 31. He was a Master Mason with the Plain City Lodge #449 and a member of the Rizpah Shriners. He was employed with the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad as a Machinist/Diesel Mechanic and retired from VMV Railroad as a Refurbishment Estimator. He was a member of Maxon Christian Church.

Mr. Harris is survived by his wife of 23 years, Parmelia "Pam" Kuykendall Harris; his sons, Jason Harris and wife Laura Jane, Sean Edward Harmon, all of Paducah; his sister, Linda Haley and husband Dr. William Haley, of Houston, TX; his brother, James L. Harris and wife Glria, of Paducah; his grandchildren, Levi Harris, Noah Harris, Mary Jane Keiffer Harmon, Kade Harmon, Benjamin Sandman; his niece and nephew, Dr. Susan Haley-Mueller, Carol Beth Poat and Darall Harris.

Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Lee Harris and Louise Choice Harris.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 pm Monday, January 15, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, with Rev. Tony Estes and Rev. Billy Weaver officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with Military Honors.

Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 11:00 am-1:00 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
