John Edward Wooley, 78, of Paducah died on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Mr. Wooley was a retired photographer from Curtis & May and retired Baptist Minister. He was also a member of Heartland Church.
Surviving is his wife, Shirley Wooley of Paducah; one daughter, Karen Lynn; three sons, Tim Wooley, Michael Wooley, Mark wooley; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parennts, Omer Dea Wooley and Ethel Elizabeth Wooley; and four sisters.
Funeral service will be at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at LIndsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Nate Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family from 10:30 am service hour on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
