Jovida Waugh, 53, of Hardin, KY passed away at 10:40 PM Saturday February 16, 2015 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Ms. Waugh held a Bachelors Degree in Law Enforcement and was of the Holiness Faith.
She is survived by a son, Charles W. Paisley of Hardin, KY; a daughter, Cynthia Cunningham and husband Curtis Cunningham Sr. of Mt. Hope,k W. VA; mother, Gathalee Pavkovic and step-father John of Lively, W. VA; companion, Chuck Paisley of Hardin. KY; a brother, James T. Lucas and wife Trudie of Lively W. VA; a sister, Selina Wright of VA; three grandchildren, Asia Davis, Beonca Cunningham, C.J. Cunningham and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Homer T. Lucas; step-mother, Shirley Lucas; a brother.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Dennis Lawrence officiating. Entombment will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery of Paducah.

Visitation for Ms. Waugh will be held from 12:00 Noon Tuesday, February 19, 2013 until service time at the funeral home.
