Graveside services for Mildred Katherine Moody, 80, of Paducah will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. The Rev. Donald Carver will officiate.
Mrs. Moody died at 12:44 p.m. Thursday at Western Baptist Hospital.
She was of the Methodist faith, a former nurse's aid at Riverside Hospital and a former private sitter for the elderly.
Surviving are her husband, Melvin Moody; one daughter, Marilyn Schmidt of Paducah; two sons, Paul King of Paducah and Howard King of Calvert City; one sister, Leona Barber of Palm Springs, Calif.; one brother, Robert Walker of Rockford, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy King; one sister; and two brothers. Her parents were Monroe Walker and Roselle Fields Walker.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
