Kenneth Euguen Bailey, age 74, of Paducah, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018, 9:40 p.m. at Clinton Place in Clinton, KY.
He was a member of the former Clay Street Christian Church and was a graduate of the former Lincoln High School.
He is surved by two sons, Keith Smith of Covington, GA and Rufus Smith of Pducah; three grandchildre; four brothers, Wayne Bailey of Clarksville, TN, Quentin Bailey, Sr., Rickey Bailey and Eric Bailey, all of Paducah; one sister, Denise Chapman of Clarksville, Tn; one uncle; five nieces; four nephews, several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wendell Bailey and Annie Lee Marshall bailey and one brother.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, July 14, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Pettus-Rowland
