Larry Sweatt, 57, of Paducah died at 9:25 p.m. Sunday at Kentucky Dam.
He was employed at James Marine as a welder and was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School.
Mr. Sweatt is survived by his wife, Tracey Walter Sweatt; his mother, Mable Copeland Sweatt of Paducah; two daughters, Caela Stewart and Ashley Nelson, both of Paducah; one son, Brandon Walter of Paducah; one sister, Linda Riggins of Paducah; three brothers, Charles Sweatt and Rickie Sweatt, both of Paducah, and Kenny Walter of Boaz; one grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Walter Sweatt.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Louis Brinker officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
