Margaret Carter

Margaret Young Carter, 84, passed away on Tuesday October 4, 2014 in Lexington, KY. Margaret was born in Paducah; she was the daughter of Stewart A. & Maudile L. Young. She was a member of the Fountain Avenue Methodist Church in Paducah.

Survivors include two daughters, Diane (Dan) Abbot of Lexington, KY, Penny (Carl) Moses of Lexington, KY; two brothers, Robert (Hazel) Young, Dewey (Barbara) Young; eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; William E. Carter; a brother, Stewart "Bubba" Young; two daughters, Cindy Carter Patrick and Nancy Carter Sanders.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday October 17th at LIndsey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah KY.
