Graveside services for Margie Warren Taber, 79, of Paducah will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 3, 2007, at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating.
Mrs. Taber died at 11:50 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2007, at her home.
Mrs. Taber was a surgical nurse at Oceanside Hospital in Oceanside, Calif., and was formerly employed at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church for 43 years.
Surviving are her husband of 61 years, John C. Taber; one daughter, Sherrie Lamb and husband, J.D., of Possum Trot; one son, Tod A. Taber and wife, Leslie, of La Center; and several nieces and a nephew.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Teresa Fay Taber; one son, Ronald Clyde Taber; and one sister, Eleanor Warren Childress. Her parents were Chester Clyde Warren and Josie Wilkerson Kollin.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
