Tuesday, May 11 2010 MAYFIELD, Ky. - Meredith Juanita Smith, 81, of Mayfield died Saturday at her home.
She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Mrs. Smith is survived by two sons, James Wesley Smith of Benton and John Michael Smith of Mayfield; one brother, Wallace Gene Keeler of Florida; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Smith; and two brothers. Her parents were Augustine B. Keeler and Lillie Pearl Powell Keeler.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, with the Rev. C.W. Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
