Norma Jean Cornwell, 78, of Paducah died at 7:40 p.m. Monday at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Cornwell was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn Wells and Julia Thompson, both of Paducah; three sons, Marty Cornwell of Nashville, Tenn., and Marshall Cornwell and Jackie Cornwell, both of Paducah; two brothers, Claudie English of Paducah and Marvin Leidecker of Godfrey, Ill.; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Cornwell Jr.; three brothers; and two sisters. Her parents were Gus and Lou O'Bryan English.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery Chapel with Dennis Altrogge officiating.
There will be no visitation. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
