Norma Walden, 88 of Paducah passed away Thursday at 3:10 p.m.
She was retired from Cole Lumber Company as a secretary. She graduated from heath High School in 1946. She also worked for Riverside Packing Co., Hannan Supply and Graves Electric prior to Cole Electric and Cole Lumber. After retiring she enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. She was a member of Paducah First Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Rose Burton of Paducah. One granddaughter, Heather Yates of Paducah. Three step children; Phyllis Williams, of Franklin, TN.; James Merideth. Her first husband Neal G. Burton and fourth husband Cletus Walden; son-in-law Ronald Yates.
Funeral services will be Monday, 1:00 p.m. at Lindsey Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
