Oleese Smith

Oleese Wells Smith of Paducah died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Life Care Center in LaCenter, KY. She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church and retired from McCracken County Schools as a teacher.

Survivors include one daughter, Clyda W. Harris, West Paducah, KY; one brother, C.B. Green, Albany, OR; nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and several neices and nephews.

Preceding in death were first husband, Odie Wells, second husband, Joe Winford Smith; one daughter, Carla W. Ford; parents, William Howell Green & Ida Serena Adams Green; two sisters and four brothers.

Services will be held Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, March 24, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
