Peggy Lambert

Peggy Lambert, 76, of Paducah passed away at 8:55 a.m. Sunday, September 12, 2010, at Western Baptist Hospital.

She was a member of Broadway Church of Christ and the retired co-owner of Lambert Vending.

Mrs. Lambert is survived by her husband of 56 years, Tommy Lambert; one daughter, Debbie L. Singleton and husband Brian of Chester, S.C.; one son, Tim Lambert of Paducah; three grandsons, Chase Lambert, Ryan McLaughlin and Matt McLaughlin; and two brothers, Wilbur Thompson of Paducah and J.B. Thompson of Lone Oak.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Martha H. Hooks. Her parents were Wilbur "Cotton" Thompson and Aline Quertermous Thompson.

A Funeral Service for Peggy Lambert will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2010, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Willis Henson officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

The Lambert family will receive friends today, September 13, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
