Robert E. "Bob" Berry, 83, of Paducah died at 3:05 a.m. Wednesday at Lourdes hospital.
A native of Bandana, Mr. Berry was a retired railroad engineer and a member of Northside United Methodist Church and Paducah-McCracken County Senior Citizens.
Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Sarah Buchanan Berry; two daughters, Suzanne Herndon of Jonesboro, Ark., and Brenda Berry of Hopkinsville; one sister, Eileen Stone of Paducah; and two grandchildren, Emily Herndon of Little Rock, Ark., and Cory Herndon of Jonesboro.
His parents were Marvin Berry and Zula Waltman Barker.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Merle Thomas and H.A. Beasley officiating. Burial will be at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may call after 8:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
