HORSE CAVE - Robert L. Carter, age 70, of Horse Cave, Ky., formerly of Paducah, passed away Wednesday at 11:16 a.m. in Horse Cave.
Mr. Carter was a retired Kentucky state employee and was a member of the Horse Cave Baptist Church.
He is survived by his caregivers, Kevin and Debra Denton of Horse Cave and Charlie Edmonds of Park City.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Owen Carter, and parents, John Raymond Carter and Katherine Jackson Carter.
Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home in Paducah.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with Kevin Denton officiating.
