KEVIL, Ky. - Services for Robert F. "Obee" O'Brian, 77, of Kevil will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Maplelawn Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Brian Roby officiating. Burial will be at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Mr. O'Brian died at 5:12 p.m. Saturday at Lourdes hospital.
He was a long-haul truck driver and a U.S. Army veteran. He also was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church.
Surviving are four sons, Ronald DiSantis of Hudson, Mass., Robert Jackson of Dacula, Ga., Patrick O'Brian of Hardin and Richard O'Brian of East Hartford, Conn.; two daughters, Shelia Sward of Paducah and Roberta Howle of Gage; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa O'Brian. His parents were Franklin O'Brian and Helen Woostier O'Brian.
There will be no visitation. Roth Funeral Chapel of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
