Rosa WIlson JOnes

Rosa "Rosie" Wilson Jones, 88, of Paducah passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Lourdes Mercy Health Hospital in Paducah. Rosie was born the daughter of the late Calloway and Melinda Jane Wilson. She was a member of Gospel Assembly Church in Paducah.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 12, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Gospel Assembly Church with Bro. Encil Edmonds and Bro. Mike Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, June 11, 2023, from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM and Monday, June 12, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour, at Gospel Assembly Church. 

Rosie is survived by one son, David Maurice Wilder of Cincinnati, OH; six daughters, Imogene Cupp (Jimmy) of Goshen, OH, Debbie Baker ("Red") of Goshen, OH, Marlene Caddell of Middletown, OH, Jewell Brainard (Mark) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Rebecca Elam of Middletown, OH, and Carmen Moore of Paducah, KY; one brother, Thomas Wilson (Rosemary) of Goshen, OH; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William "Bill" Jasper Wilder; her second husband, Charles Edward Jones; two sons, Terry Randall Wilder and Billy R. Wilder; four brothers, Joe Robert Wilson, Mark Wilson, Garrett Wilson, and Leonard Wilson; and three sisters, Adalene Lykins, Evelyn Hernandez, and Nancy Bledsoe.
