Ruby G. Wise, 94, of Paducah, died Saturday, July 24, 2010, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at First Baptist Church of Paducah with the Rev. Todd Brady officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Cemetery.
Surviving are one daughter and two sons: Jeannie Wise Barker and husband William Edward Barker of Paducah, Ky., Samuel Wise and wife Ellen of Paducah, Ky., and Louis Wise and wife Chris of Oak Hill, Va.; one brother, David E. Locke and wife Jean of Columbia, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, Natalie Barker, William Barker, Joshua Wise, Amy Gregory Anderson, Leigh Gregory Thompson, Ashley Barker and Eddy Barker; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lindsey and Pearl (Miller) Locke; one sister, Clara Locke Howell; and two brothers, Paul G. Locke and Louis L. Locke.
Visitation will be held from 5 until 8 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2010, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
