Ruth Oliver

Ruth Ann Meyer Oliver, 58, of Paducah, passed away Saturday afternoon, January 17th, 2015 at baptist Health of Paducah.
Mrs. Oliver was a retired Supervisor for Harrah's Casino in Metropolis, ILL. She is survived by one brother, Jerry Meyer of Metropolis, IL.; one sister, Jean Meyer of metropolis, IL; one step son, Chad Oliver; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Oliver; her parent, Albert and Grace Steinkamp Meyer; and one brother, Larry Meyer.
Funeral service will be 1 pm, Wednesday January 21, 2015 at Lindsey Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Emmerson officiating. Friends may call from 11 a..m. Wednesday until the funeral hour at Lindsey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.
