Sandra Trice

Sandra Ann "Big Momma" Trice, 60, of Paducah died at 8:10 a.m. Saturday at Western Baptist Hospital.

She was a former manager of the Dudley Courts Apartments and was a graduate of Draughon's Business College with certification in business administration. She was treasurer for The Keith House Ministries. She attended Christ Temple Apostolic Church and was former chairwoman of the Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries' 8 a.m. services.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, James W. Trice Jr.; one daughter, Desiree� Lane of Paducah; three grandsons; five great-grandchildren; her mother, Anna Katherine Crockett of Paducah; five sisters, Brenda Boatner and Renee� Faulkner, both of Atlanta, Vivian Henry and Gwendolyn Bridgett, both of Paducah, and Carolyn Crockett of Long Island, N.Y.; one stepsister, Dorothy Jean Watts of Paducah; four brothers, Ronnie Crockett, Don F. Shaw and Henry T. Shaw, all of Paducah, and Bobby L. Shaw of St. Louis; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Lee Shaw Jr.; and one brother.

Services will be at noon Friday at Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries. The Rev. Ronnie Coneal and Darnella Williams will officiate, with burial in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
