Services for Sophia Danielle Arnold, 20, of Paducah will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Alfred Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
She died at 6:21 p.m. April 12 in Baton Rouge, La.
She was a Paducah Tilghman High School cheerleader. She was a 2005 graduate of Lone Oak High School, where she sang in the school's choir. She was a sophomore student at Southern University in Baton Rouge and was employed at Conversions Telephone Company in Baton Rouge. She attended Rocky Ford Missionary Baptist Church Paducah and Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries in Paducah, where she sang in the church choir.
She is survived by her parents, Merle Arnold and Sabrina Arnold, both of Paducah; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alton Arnold Sr., Anna Bell Lawrence Arnold, Mildred Williams, and Elery and Ada Jones.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Friday at the church.
