Sue Dickerson

Sue Overton Dickerson, 86, of Paducah, KY and formerly of Grahamsville, KY passed away at 3:08 a.m. Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Superior Care Home. Sue was a long time member of Highland Cumberland Presbyterian Church and grew up across the road from the church. Sue was retired from Paducah Beauty School where she was an instructor for 43 years. She was a 1950 graduate of Lone Oak High School and a member of the Daughter of American Revolution.

Survivors include one sister, Ann Jackson, Lone Oak, KY: one brother, Johnny Overton and his wife (Elaine) of Lone Oak, KY; one niece, Melanie (Kyle) Zoelier; three nephews, David (Mary Ruth) Raper, Ronnie (Jennifer) Overton and J.D. (Amy) Overton; several great-nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death was husband, Rudy Dickerson; parents, Andrew (Andy) Overton & Hazel Warner Overton; one niece, Rachael Ann McGrath.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Bud Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m until service time of 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
