Wilma Farmer

Wilma Farmer, 92, of Paducah, passed away at 6:44 am on Tuesday, June 04, 2019 Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Wilma retired from Sears Department Store and was a member of Reidland Baptist Church. She and her husband owned and operated Farmers Grocery Store.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Farmer of Paducah, KY; brother, Ronald Wayne Mohler and wife, Hilda of Nashville, TN; three grandchildren, Tim Farmer and wife, Julie, Todd Farmer and wife, Suzanne, and Brittany Omar; four great grandchildren, Ashton Farmer, Allie Farmer, Ragan Farmer, and Andrew Farmer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Johnson Farmer, her parents, Robert Ward Mohler and Bethel Lyles Mohler; three sisters, Zelma Duncan, Betty Elrod, and Myra Walker.

Funeral services for Mrs. Farmer will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Rob Ison officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Visitation for Mrs. Farmer will begin at 10:00 am on Friday at the funeral home.
